The Inner Circle is a place for Network Marketers to network, trade business tips & training, and support one another. We support those in Direct Sales industry 2 ways:
- Shop with each other.
- Refer new customers or potential business partners.
So I know someone just gasped at that statement!! If you are in Direct Sales I know you’re probably wondering why in the world would you refer someone to another company.? Here’s why. I realized in researching other companies and talking to other network marketers that every company is not for everybody. Meaning that you may have a prospect, Jane, who is looking for a business she can operate from home, however she’s not passionate about the products or services your company promotes. But maybe Sally in the Inner Circle works with a company that sells handbags and Jane loves handbags. So instead of letting Jane fall by the wayside with all the other prospects who either said no or refuses to take your calls, you tell Jane that you want to help her find a company that is a good fit for her and refer Jane to Sally. This allows you to continue to build a relationship with Jane and Sally as well. And even though you may not enroll Jane or Sally as business partners, you may end up with one or both of them as customers or they’ll refer the prospect who’s not passionate about handbags to you. Success is not about competing…it’s about building relationships!!! We must learn to be more supportive in the industry. We can do great things together!
See one thing I’ve learned is that Network Marketing companies have the best products!! When we shop with each other, everyone benefits. We get the highest quality products on the market and we’re helping another small businesses grow. I will rather shop with a like-minded entrepreneur like myself, than the big retail chains on any day! I believe in supporting one another…maybe the naysayers will catch on. I will never understand why a friend or relative would refuse to support a loved one who’s trying to start a business and change their finances and their lives. Yet that naysayer will continue to shop at WalMart, Target, Whole Foods and they get nothing in return. I could rant on and on about this, but the point is let’s support one another. Remember to Pay it Forward and it will come back to you as well. Be a part of the Inner Circle!
